All of your children will have received their flu vaccination forms today, for the younger children can you please check their bags or folders. Please return to the class teacher no later than Thursday 30th September 2021 for collection by the school nurse on Friday 1st October 2021, even if you do not want your child to be vaccinated, please return all forms.
